The person behind the practice
Dr. Kieran Mervyn transforms complex organisations. He blends two decades of research with hands-on systems expertise, working as a Senior Lecturer and consultant to turn clinicians into powerful change agents and help organisations build high-performing cultures.
His work demonstrates a single, consistent truth: technology only works when it has a human touch. That conviction led him to build the CARAIng app — designed to help professionals find their footing and build resilience after crisis, rooted in the same principles that underpin all of Finncara's consulting work.

Why "Finncara"?
The name holds two meanings — both personal and professional. It reflects the Is Mise Cara Foundation's founding mission: to stand as a friend alongside those navigating difficult transitions in health and leadership.
