Finncara Consulting Limited in its bid to support the fight against Brain Disease has adopted a Book Sales strategy in contributing to the fight especially by the Is Mise Cara Brain Disease Foundation https://www.carabraindiseasefoundation.com/.
It has printed 1000 paper back copies of the English version of Is Mise Cara/I am Cara: Orbs, Souls and Holy Ghosts - The Life and Afterlife of a young girl.
The main idea behind this paper back copies is so that sales will be contributed to local communities and charities as an extension of Is Mise Cara Brain Disease Foundation's fight against brain diseases in Nigeria.
So far, there are proposals on ground to liaise with cafe's and hotels in Abuja and Lagos for literary expeditions that can enhance book sales and promote this donations. Updates will be posted to this blog on the success of such strategies. Meanwhile there is also an aggressive campaign to see that there is a buy in by Nigerians which will seek to compliment the efforts of Dr. Kieran and his wife Mrs. Faye Mervyn as they turn a sad occurrence (the loss of their lovely daughter Cara) to a blessing for others who are in an active fight against brain diseases.
The videos above are some of the active campaigns on going in Lafia, Nasarawa State, in addition to the ones in Abuja, by Mr. Nwosu and those in Lagos by Kieran's fine set of connections.
There are also plans on ground for a conference of a community of people currently being built - who need to speak on the experiences they have had loosing loved ones and how that has affected them both positively and negatively and how it can spur them into action in relation to caring for the needs of others. Our targets include celebrities like Davido, DBanj, and other well meaning Nigerians who see this as a giant stride for a more united front in curbing societal and social issues of varying proportions.
